Meet The Gospel Mission staff and board.

I'm originally from Luverne, MN, by way of Northwestern College and the University of Iowa (MSW). My wife Donna and I have lived in Sioux City for 12 years. Our three children are married, with 10 grandchildren. I attend Morningside Bible Church in Sioux City, where I serve as an Elder, teach Sunday School, and lead a couples' small group.

It's a privilege to lead the Gospel Mission team, helping people see their need of a Savior through sheltering, feeding, and clothing people in our community who are in need. In my free time I enjoy following all types of sports and spending as much time as I can with family.

I was born in Sioux City and currently live in Moville. I am married to my wife Clarissa and have two daughters, Gwyn and Gracie. I graduated seminary in 2021 after studying at Evangelical School of Ministry and Wesley Biblical Seminary. I am also an Associate Pastor at New Hope Church in Moville and an ordained elder of the Evangelical Conference.

My mission in life is to help those with no hope find hope in Christ Jesus, and to help them find their God-given gifts and use them to grow the Kingdom of God.

I was born and raised in Sioux City and have lived here my entire life. I have two daughters, both of whom live elsewhere. I've been on staff in the Development Department for the past 15 years. It's a joy to see how God continues to provide for this ministry through the generosity and partnership of our many faithful donors.

Favorite verse: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him and He will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, author, public speaker, certified transformational coach, and servant.

I was born in Whittier, California, and grew up surfing Huntington Beach. I've been happily married for more than twenty years, and my wife and I have been blessed with four children. As Director of Ministry Programs, my heart is to see those in our care come to know Christ as Savior and experience the sanctifying truth of God's word through our residential programs.

I grew up on a farm just west of Wakefield, Nebraska. After spending time in Norfolk, I moved back to Wakefield, where I still live today. Since 2017, I've had the privilege of serving as pastor of Grace Christian Church of Wakefield.

I've sensed the Lord's call on my life since I was seventeen. The road hasn't always been easy, but every step has been used by God to shape and prepare me for ministry. Working here at the Gospel Mission has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I can't imagine doing anything else.

I am originally from South Sioux City, Nebraska, and have lived in Sioux City, Iowa, for 14 years. I have been married for 3 years and have two wonderful stepkids. It is an honor to work at the Gospel Mission and serve the community. The Mission is a beacon of hope for me and so many others. I am so very grateful that God called me to work and serve here.

I enjoy watching my son play football, road trips, and spending time with my husband, family, and friends.
